Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA + UK consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

Important exceptions (no right of withdrawal in these cases)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (for example: made-to-order/print-on-demand products created specifically for you, products with custom text/name, or other clearly personalised options), where this exclusion is permitted by applicable law.

If an exception applies, we will still of course resolve issues with damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described below (statutory rights remain unaffected).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (e.g. by email or by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Returning the goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

International customers (Worldwide, outside the EU/EEA and the UK)

Change-of-mind returns (voluntary returns)

For orders delivered outside the EU/EEA and the UK, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind (e.g., you changed your preference, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item), unless mandatory consumer law in your country grants you a cancellation/withdrawal right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong item/size sent, misprint/printing error), please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days of delivery) with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Countries with mandatory cancellation (“cooling-off”) rights

Some countries provide a mandatory cancellation right for certain distance/online purchases. If your local law provides such a right, it will apply and we will comply. Examples include:

  • Brazil: consumers may have a cancellation right within 7 days for many distance/online purchases.

  • Mexico: consumers may have the right to revoke consent/cancel within 5 business days for certain distance/online purchases.

  • Australia: change-of-mind returns are generally not required, but remedies apply if goods are faulty/not as described under Australian Consumer Law.

  • United States / Canada: change-of-mind returns are generally not required unless the seller’s policy provides them; statutory remedies may still apply for defective/misdescribed goods.

If your country’s consumer law grants you a mandatory cancellation/withdrawal right (even if not listed above), that right will apply.

Europe outside the EU/EEA and the UK (e.g., Switzerland, Norway*, Iceland*, Liechtenstein*)

In some European countries outside the EU/EEA and the UK, there may be no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases unless the seller offers one. In those cases, we do not offer change-of-mind returns, but we will of course resolve damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described above.

(*Note: Some of these countries may have rules similar to the EU. Mandatory local law always applies.)
