Fulfillment (production time)

All items are made to order. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days before they ship.

Where we ship from

To deliver faster, orders are typically fulfilled in Printful’s EU and US facilities (depending on the customer’s location and product availability).

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time = Fulfillment time (2–5 business days) + Shipping time (below).

Standard shipping times (after fulfillment)

Standard shipping time depends on the destination:

• Within the US: typically 1–8 business days

• Within Europe: typically 1–8 business days

• International (outside the US/Europe): typically 1–20 business days

These are estimates. Delays can happen during peak seasons, carrier disruptions, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available after your order ships.

Customs, duties & import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.
